Hello everyone. I wonder if you could help me. I've been looking for information on this my entire adult life.
I was a regular on a Lexington, Ky. children's television program in 1969-1971 entitled "That Special Child". It was a variety type of show for kids with songs, crafts, guest speakers, etc. I don't know the televsion station. I would sure love to track it down, to get more information on it, and especially to find if any archived video exists.
Can anyone assist in my quest? Thanks.

Lisa, was it a weekly show, five nights a week? What time did it come on? I'll just tell you now most shows were done live and if they were taped the stations always erased them to save money because the tape could be reused. Sad part of our television history.

I know this thread was started awhile back but I just saw it. After looking through a July 1970 TV Guide I see "That Special Child" Aired on Saturday Morning at 7:30 AM on WLEX 18 the NBC affiliate. It aired for 30 minutes and does not give any information to the host, guest or subject matter. I do not see it airing on any other days. Sorry I can't be of more help to you but I did find a nice WCPO 9 Nick Clooney Varity Show ad.
